Liv Intl and Liv Green Hawaii Announce Detox Hawaii Now

Monday, 11/21/2011

It is our mission to detox the US, one family at a time.  Hawaii is one of the

10 ‘cities’ involved in this ambitious and inspired project.  Other include the

Phoenix area, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas to start.

The Detoxing of the body means to get a person’s body to an alkaline state,

rather than acidic.  Most are aware of the positive value associated with be

coming alkaline.  Some experience weight loss and we have products that

focus on that.  Others want improved circulation with an L-arginine product

which we have.  Then, a great fiber product (Crave) and a Kidney Cleanse add

to the package.  Two unique sprays utilize top quality natuaral ingredients to

help people that want to fight their addictions-and win.  SereZen helps balance

the Serotonin levels in the brain and improve moods.  Sxinney Mist makes the

sugary and salty foods that many crave-taste terrible.  It allows us to ‘cut off’

our hunger craving.  They also help freshen the breath.

Last, but certainly not least is Blox, which has mushrooms amd other ingred-

ients that act as an immunity booster.  ‘Homeland Security’ in a Bottle.

So far, I can attest to the quality og Go-Nitrimax, the L-arginine product.

The increased circulation acts like Viagra for me and my wife.  It helps me

prepare for and recover from workouts.  I have lost about 9 pounds so far

with the above products.  My wife, Dr. Malia and I use most of the products,

and have not been sick since we discovered them.  WE HAVE detoxed and

that is what we want to share with others.

Stay tuned for the other ways Liv International products can help you detox.

Tony Hyundai Review

    1.0 star rating

    9/21/20

I gave them one star out of five.

I bought a brand new Elantra in WI.  When I shipped myself here to get married, I brought the Elantra, too.  I ONLY knew of Tony Hyundai and of course, needed to maintain my car, so I went there.

As I had my car serviced, I enjoyed coffee, the TV, the surroundings and they didn’t mind that I brought work in while  waiting.  A couple of times I used the shuttle, but a few times, it seemed that the shuttle seemed to be somewhat negotiatle, not on a hard schedule.  A few times.

I met one of their sales people and he’s fantastic.  Due to this reivew, I will not mention his name.  He did a great job of selling my wife and I a car for her.  We LOVE our Tucson.  My wife’s car had been giving her problems before the new purchase, she gladly offered to trade it in.  At that point her Kia Rio (admittedly a tuna can) had around 40K miles on it.  The body was not perfect and there was engine issues.

They offered her 500 ONLY for her trade.  I understand we had the choice to accept or not, and we did.  It still was a ripoff.  Obviously we did not want to have to sell it on Craigs List, but I am sure that with a little work, Tony resold for it for at least 6k.  (We learned our lesson.)

As I continued to come to Tony I felt that they only wanted my business if they could charge me at least 500 each time.  Some of what I did WAS on Warranty, and that is one of the reasons I bought a Hyundai.  However, alomst every time I received a printout of all the things they wanted to fix, and had to make decisions to go elsewhere to save money.  Every time I did that, I saved money or found out that I did not need to have that work done.  Except one time, I believe.

One time I towed the car in for some work and it happened to be on Employee Appreciation Day.  I had to wait for hours, and they really did not want to fix it, it seemed.  I had a real good idea what the problem was, but they kept ‘checking or testing’ or whatever.  I had talks with the service person (lady) and then the Service Manager.  Finally, I stopped a manager from one of the other Tony Brands and he was helpful.  I finally got serviced, and the car was fixed ‘enough’ to drive back home to town.

The next day, I had to have another Service Person, at Kahala Shell take a look at my engine and he was surprised.  He asked me who had worked on it and when I told him the dealer, he seemed concerned.  He felt that the engine had been tampered with and even sabotaged.  We finally got the car fixed, but I had lost my trust for Tony then.

As I accompanied my wife to get her Tucson serviced (oil change) last week, I asked the Service Dept. to quote a price to fix my transmission issue.  I had gotten a diagnostic report from a friend who does service, (but was too busy to take it in.)  The Parts Guy was a nice guy and gave me two engine diagrams showing me the exact part, or what he thought was the correct part.  Shift Solenoid D was what the diagnostic had said.

The parts guy could not give me a quote.

I called back and was told that my car would NOT be under warranty.  Gavin, I believe, quoted 585.00 for the labor.  (I wonder how much they would have charged for the part.)  My friend who did the diagnostic said another Transmission Shop would probably fix it for “between 400 and 600.”  Knowing what I did I said no.

Today, I called another service guy, Eric at  Auto Air & Associates, who DID have the time & room to do the work.  He looked at it and thought that the car was under warranty.  As I assured him that I was the original owner, he also told me that there was another Hyundai Dealer on the island.  He took the time to read the warranty and double-checked.  It was clear.  It was under warranty.

As I called Hyundai Windward, Edison, in Service took care of me.  He checked the warranty, twice and asked me for the 3rd time at least, whether I was the original owner.  I assure him I was.

It IS under warranty.  Now, there possibly could be more work once they get in there,  BUT, if I had left it at Tony, I believe I would be out 1 thousand for starters.  I believe they knew the warranty facts, based on previous experiences with them.

I owe Eric for his help obviously.

Tony has lost my service business, the next new car I buy or lease, the next new car my wife buys (or leases) and any after that.  We LOVE Hyundai, but it takes more than a great saleperson to satsify my wife and I.

    Two Issues: Finances & Health

That’s about it.  When my wife, Dr. Malia and I talk to people about their lives, two things keep popping up.  Now, she’s the Dr. and obviously her focus is usually nutrition, body structure, injury issues, weight and emotional concerns.  As Health & Wellness coaches, we both are interested in others’ issues.

You know how many if not most people are concerned about their health?  It’s true.  Whether they realize their diet is junk, or junk food.  Or they absolutely see that their weight has to change.  (Usually downward.)  Maybe it’s Diabetes, or the need to be more regular, or needing more energy, or wanting better moods and relief from depression.  Maybe they work out and want to recover quicker.

    We can help.

A lot of people are truly behind the 8 Ball financially.  Backed into a corner, struggling.  They fall into two categories and often want to find another job.  OR, they have heard about, or experienced others that have their own businesses and want to do that.  It has been said that an extra 400 a month would help avoid most bankruptcies, car-repos and even some divorces.  OK, I added the last one, but it makes sense, doesn’t it?

    We can help.

Today’s Honolulu Star-Advertiser: ‘Bankruptcies fall, but businesses, individuals still struggle’  I can relate, and that is exactly what Malia and I hear.  WE want to hear from you.  Not just listen for  a minute and then try to fix.  Perhaps it would not be a good fit anyway.  But, as connectors/networkers/coaches/listeners/Christians/friends/fun people we would actually pay attention.

We are going on a fantastic inspired journey.  Perhaps you or someone you know wants to go too.

    Rick Emmerich     rickemmerich@gmail.com

(Now, I wish this would go without saying, but I am not recruitable for your deal.  I do NOT need SEO, I am quite well off in that dept.  I am not a good candidate for your juice, or gadget, or get rich quick scheme, I DON’T BELIEVE IN ANY OF THOSE.  I welcome correspondence, but hate spam and those that want to pitch me on some deal without knowing who I am.  I’d rather you did not send me a broadcast call, because I am tired of playing that game where I set my phone down and you are billed for the time that I allow it to play.  You then may even waste your time calling me back several times.  That game has lost its thrill.)

After all that, I guarantee some will do those things, but it is well worth it, if someone else that wants to share and have a listener, actually gets through this disclaimer and is not afraid to respond.  And yes, even ONE person makes it all worth it.

Aloha, all the best to you.

Liv Green Hawaii, an inspired partnership

“We are at that very point in time when a 400-year-old age is dying and another is struggling to be born-a shifting of culture, science, society, and institutions enormously greater than the world has ever experienced. Ahead is the possibility of the regeneration of individuality, liberty, community, and ethics such as the world has never known, and a harmony with nature, with one another, and with the divine intelligence such as the world has never dreamed.” Dee Hock, Founder of Visa

I believe this and partner with a company that is implementing a new inspired model. I can also help you excel in your present business, whatever it is. Let’s talk- the worst that can happen is that we each can find out more about each other. Rick Emmerich

    Carmegeddon? how bout Work-at-home-Ageddon?

Shutting down the 405 in LA could have its benefits.  Our traffic is bad here coming into Honolulu from the West Monday through Friday and the people are so despeate that they are allowing an incredibly overpriced and terrbily planned Rail System to be rammed down their throats.  But that is not what this blog is about.

How about telecommuting?  I can do it at my job, even though my company has its doubts about its effectiveness.  That makes it my challenge to show that it works.

OR, how about a home based business?  I heard a study showed that 85% of thgose surveyed would liek their own business.  I am not assuming that the study meant MLM, direct sales in particular but there are great benefits to either.

My goal is to have 5 streams of income from my home.  2 are up and running, the 3rd is in the process, the 4th I start today and the 5th has been planned for about 4 months and I expect to roll it out within a week.

Now, this is not a sales pitch for you to do any of the things I am doing.  I would welcome you into either of 2 of them, and you would have to contact me to hear more.  My website idea, though I have told many (TOO many?) is my deal and I am not looking for any more competition there.  The point is, THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX.

Those of us that have been taught “Get a good job and stay there a long time.  You don’t have to like it and it will not only pay all your bills, but they will take care of you when you retire.”  We need to talk.

These days Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump and Warren Buffett (not Jimmy) are saying that MLM/home based businesses are the wave of the future-now.  Regular jobs are old-school.  College Grads are getting out (sometimes with massive student debt) and finding that jobs are scarce, or worse yet, their majors are almost becoming obsolete.

It’s almost not SHOULD I GET A HOME-BASED BUSINESS, but WHICH ONE?

Benefits include, NO commute, work as hard or as little as you want.  Guess which one pays better…Also, no inventory (usually), no shipping, or at least very little.  And, you get paid on work you do today, for months, even years to come.  That is residual.  Time leveaging can also result when you spend time with one person who then reaches out to another and another and another.  Yes it can multiply and fast if you are in the right conditions.

For those who read this that think I am gong to pitch my company, I am not right now.  You can find out what I am doin easy enough.  I do, however have some tools to help with your business, whatever it is.  You can check with me on that too.  I expect to see great Google results from what I am doing, to give a hint.

Aloha, and don’t read this while commuting!  Rick Emmerich

Liv International announced that it has been granted a trademark for its proprietary product, Green2o.

Liv International President (and Product Formulator) Jeff Tuttle stated,  “We have been working with our attorneys and the trademark for many months to secure the rights to the Green2o name.  Green2o is a proprietary product made from a base of chlorophyllins and enhanced with fulvic minerals that helps to shift the pH level o the body from an acidic state to an alkaline state.  Green2o also contains grape seed extract and resveratrol, highly acclaimed and clinically documented antioxidants.  Because of its effectiveness and because of the new awareness on the part of the public regarding alkalinity, Liv wanted to protect the name of the product.  Most understand that H2o is the symbol for water.  Green2o becomes the symbol for ‘the future of hydration’, the tagline of the new product.

Health Wealth & Happiness with Liv International

I’m Rick Emmerich, in Salt Lake City with Dr. Malia.  It’s her first

time and my 5th, I believe.  Liv International is partnering with the

health conscious, healers, and regular people concerned with their

health.  Everyone I have met truly cares about the health and wealth

of others and this company does seem unique in that respect.

This is the kickoff, and for a company that was previously known for

its weight loss products mainly, this re-branding that has taken place is a

real breath of fresh air, (like the cool blasts coming off the Wasatch Moun-

tains to keep these Hawaiian visitors chilled.)

We look forward to the last day of the “Liftoff” Sat, and wonder what

else can they throw our way.  A well-known author and motivational

speaker, a top nutritional expert, the co-founder and product formulator,

Jeff Tuttle, Glenna Delisle-company spark plug and inspirer and a fired up

Spud buster from Idaho named Austin have all kept us in stitches, tears,

wonderment and just on the edge of our seats.  Austin won a lease on a

Black BMW for some dedicated and inspired work these last 4 months or so.

You know how so many people are concerned about their health?

    We can help.

You know how many, if not most people want to have their own busi-

ness, or another income stream?  Dr. Malia and Rick Emmerich can help

    with that.

You know how many appreciate the blast it is to run around in stretch

limos and eat at a fancy dinner free-on the company!  That was us tonite.

    Obama’s college roomie says what?

    People, it is happening.

Obama’s roommate speaks out. dh 02-16-11

    FOR HIM AND HOPE

This needs to be emailed to everyone in the USA.

    OBAMA’S COLLEGE ROOMMATE SPEAKS OUT
By Wayne Allyn Root , June 6th, 2010

Barack Hussien Obama is no fool. He is not incompetent.

To the contrary, he is brilliant. He knows exactly what he’s doing.

He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to create systemic failure,
economic crisis and social chaos — thereby destroying capitalism and
    our country from within.

Barack Hussien Obama was my college classmate

    (Columbia University, class of ‘83).

He is a devout Muslim do not be fooled.

    Look at his Czars…anti-business..anti- american.
As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Barack Hussien Obama is
following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University .
They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system
with government spending and entitlement demands.

Add up the clues below. Taken individually they’re alarming.

Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn

the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority

that desperately needs government for survival … and can be counted

on to always vote for bigger government.

Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.

Universal health care . The health care bill had very little to do with health

care. It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and

health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions).

Obama doesn’t care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans

will add trillions to the national debt.

What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government .
Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill

in the middle of a depression?

Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with
health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming.

It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control
of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama’s biggest contributors.
Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns
NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants.

They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to

Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power.
The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars,
bigger homes and businesses helps Obama “spread the wealth around.”

Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who’s asking for a 51st state?
Who’s asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government
entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression?

    Certainly not American taxpayers.
But this has been Barack Hussien Obama’s plan all along.

His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government.

Legalize 12 million illegal Mexican immigrants.

Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America.
But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted
    on to support big government.
Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children,
food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and
    eventually Social Security .

Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go?

It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions — including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country.

It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could
    keep paying union dues.

It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out

(after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions).

A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues).

All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their
bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America.

The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful.

    The ends justify the means.

Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job
creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers,

redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did

nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama).

Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Barack Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition. With the acts outlined above, Barack Hussien Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the
    system.

Add it up and you’ve got the perfect Marxist scheme — all devised by
my Columbia University college classmate Barack Hussien Obama

using the Cloward and Piven Plan .

    True per snopes!
    http://www.snopes.com/politics/soapbox/overwhelm.asp

Just passing this on, I have seen some of it before, but
I feel this sort of info needs to see the light of day.

The Adventures of Kona Rick, Pt 1

He was passing on the perfectly proportioned ‘Penny’s Papaya Passion.’  What looked like an old man brunch is a culinary work of art, but you would not know it from the plain menu.  As a matter of fact, it was Kona Rick’s suggestion that gave the dish its name.

Kona sipped pure Kona coffee from the perch overlooking Kealakekua Bay in the distance.  In fact, a look down and to the right reveals the trees that yield this berry brew.  He’s secretly researching the carrot cake recipe-convinced that the item is on the tip of his tongue.  (Kona had connections to some big carrot cake fanciers from the East Coast.  For years they have been after the complete recipe to offset the high cost of shipping from Kona.)

By the way, Big Jake the owner is not suspicious of Kona’s motives.

“I’ll take the Cobb Salad, and a little more…” with a smile and a wiggle of the coffee cup.”

This is the kind of place where secret negotiations go on in public.  There’s no frou frou fancy drinks here, no posse, no dogs in purses.  Your agent WON’T call my people.  Quite often the locals and the tourists entertain big time coffee buyers, and international ‘persons of interest’ without a clue.

There’s a rumor that a very larger Sumo Wrestler type guarded the backroom one time in ’99 as negotiations involving a zebra and a helicopter.  The animal and the helicopter came in on a ship late one evening to Kawaihae harbor.  The coffee was hauled out that same day in a bunch of suitcase and duffle bags.  Other packages were shipped out over the following weeks.  The leader of a small island republic really liked that same coffee that I was drinking today.

This brew is a salt of the earth specialty that much of the world has not experienced …yet.  Anyway, as Alyssa brought the famous Cobb creation, and the clear view became ever-so-foggy due to the vog, our hero felt the caffeine kicking in, just as his vision seemed to gain focus.

“This is gonna be a great day…”

    I Got a Guy….

I’m the I Got a Guy Guy.  Not the original, of course.  But the new I Got a Guy Guy.  The original was Tommy, an Italian guy in Chicago.  Everyone in his family and neighborhood knew he could get something or someone when you were in need.

Another famous I Got a Guy Guy was Radar in M.A.S.H.  Lost a couple of you didn’t I?.  (Tommy was cooler.)

If you needed cable TV, He had a guy.  Want a dish, He had a guy.  Want to know how to rub a steak just right before you grilled it.  He was the guy.

And, when it started snowing in Chicago, He WAS the guy.  He was the one that told the snowplows where to go.  He routed them up and down the streets of the Windy City until the snow was removed.  He was the first one there and often, turned offf the lights when he left.  You could count on Tommy.

I can’t be as good as Tommy.  His legend lives on.  But I am a sorta hybrid I Got a Guy Guy.  I can do some things.  Now, I really want to share that if I don’t know something, or I DON’T got a guy-I will tell you.

But if you want a good restaurant in Honolulu, I got a guy.  You want to ship a motorcycle anywhere in the US to anywhere else, I got a guy.  You want to hear a story about that lost decade from 1975 to 1985, I can tell a few (true) stories.

Would you like to lower your cholesterol?  Tricglycerides?  That’s me.

Lower your golf score, not so much.  Find a golf course on Oahu, THAT I can do.

You need a colonic, or a massage, or some earthworms, or some baby lion-eared bunnies, I got a guy-or girl.

Need a Chiropractor, my wife is the best (Holistic Chiropractic.)

Go ahead, put me to the test.  Rick Emmerich
